Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your TripFinder account directly in the app. Open Profile, go to Account, select Delete account, review the consequences, and confirm by signing in again with the same Apple or Google account.
What will be deleted
- Your access to the TripFinder account and its linked sign-in identity.
- Your access to saved plans, favorites, preferences, and remaining credits.
- Push notification registrations associated with the account.
- Personal identifiers that connect retained service records to you.
What may be retained
De-identified plan and service records, plus limited purchase, transaction, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, tax, or accounting records, may be retained where required to operate and protect the service or by law and app store rules. Retained records cannot be used to restore the deleted account, its plans, or its credits.
Deleting your TripFinder account does not automatically cancel an active
Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in
your Apple or Google account settings to stop future renewal.
Deletion takes effect immediately after the in-app confirmation succeeds.
